Paul Start Kemp was born in Gravesend, England in 1972. As an
English writer, he has managed to resist the mainstream American
influence that dominates popular fiction, and casts dark tales
throughout major British cities such as London and Liverpool. He is
also a tattoo artist with his own studio, Rat-Tattoo-Ee, in Upton upon Severn
